You wake up in a hospital surrounded by shadowy monsters. your goal is to find a permanent cure to your infection and the only way to do so is escape.

Press W to move forward and S to move backwards.

Press A and D to rotate your character. 

Press the space bar to fire projectiles

Once your health reaches zero or your infection meter fills its game over
